PMS provides a service that allows our patients and clients to access and review their account data online, as well as informing us of any insurance changes and/or updates. Patients or clients can log onto www.MyLabBill.com by using the access code found on your statement. The website will guide you through the review, management and payment process, for your convenience.
Each month you will receive an itemized invoice/statement which will indicate the date of service, patient name, test number, and test charge. Payment terms are net 30 days. When making payment, please include our invoice number on your check to ensure proper credit to your account.
The following information is required for Pathology Medical Services P.C. billing: patient's name, current address, zip code, telephone number, responsible party and diagnosis codes(s), and a copy of primary and secondary (if applicable) insurance cards. Providing this information will avoid additional correspondence to your office at a later date. Please advise your patients that they will receive a bill for laboratory services from Pathology Medical Services.
