Qualifications
The pathologists at Pathology Medical Services, P.C., are trained in many disciplines of pathology. Many of the pathologists are fellowship-trained specialists in multiple fields and possess special interests in many non-fellowship disciplines. Our pathologists maintain a strong internal consultation program. When an outside opinion is requisite, Pathology Medical Services, P.C. utilizes a network of nationally known and respected medical facilities for external consult. Mayo Medical Laboratories is utilized for much of the esoteric testing needs. Mayo Medical Laboratories is a distinctive leader in the field of esoteric testing, offering expert consultation services.
Corey T. Allard, D.O.

Dr. Corey Allard joined Pathology Medical Services, P.C. July 11, 2022. He is a graduate of the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, Kansas City, Missouri. He completed his Pathology Residency and Surgical Pathology Fellowship at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa. Dr. Allard is Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology by the American Board of Pathology.
Thomas B. Buttolph, M.D.

Dr. Thomas Buttolph joined Pathology Medical Services, P.C. November 1, 2020. He received his Doctor of Medicine from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine in 1993. He completed his AP/CP Pathology residency at the National Naval Medical Center in 2001. He is Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and Pathology Clinical Informatics by the American Board of Pathology.
Ryan D. DeHaan, M.D.

Dr. Ryan DeHaan joined Pathology Medical Services, P.C. July 1, 2007. He is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine, Kansas City, KS. He completed his residency in anatomic and clinical pathology and a fellowship in surgical pathology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He is Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology by the American Board of Pathology.

Dr. Neil Fuehrer joined Pathology Medical Services, P.C. January 10, 2022. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, Nebraska. He completed his Pathology Residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Texas. He completed a Fellowship in Surgical Pathology at Mayo Clinic and a Fellowship in Hematopathology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Fuehrer is Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and Hematopathology by the American Board of Pathology.

He completed his Residency in the Pathology Department at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, Iowa and Fellowships in Hematopathology and Surgical Pathology at Barnes-Jewish Hospital-Washington University Medical Center, St. Louis, Missouri. He is Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and Hematopathology by the American Board of Pathology.
