Test Description
Includes 5-20 G-banded metaphase cells analyzed and 3 or more G- banded karyotypes prepared.
Specimen Requirements
- Collect 1.5 mL, (.5mL minimum) bone marrow from aspirate; 20 mL peripheral blood
- Immediately aliquot into a 3 mL sodium heparin vacutainer.
- Deliver to Pathology Medical Services, P.C immediately at room temperature.
